Test Practice

I think this activity was very helpful because I learned you have to practice a lot before a test, more is an English test because is not my first language. I didn´t really enjoy the listening part because I didn't have my headphones so I had to put my ear very close to the speaker but I still managed to do the activity. The writing part was more difficult because the grammar and vocabulary were not easy for me, the English something is very confusing.

Someone interesting you follow on social media

Today I'm going to talk about BTS, a Korean group that has been making music since 2013 but not only that.  I found this group thanks to my best friend in my worst moment after a problem I had during my penultimate year in school, exactly in the summer of 2019. I still remember when she brought me to teach me to recognize their faces because it was very difficult for me to differentiate their features. During that time my interest in K-pop was not much because I didn't really understand the language and also the music style could not convince me completely, but when I started to listen to their songs and learn about their meaning, I started to understand why they are a popular group all over the world. They not only make music, but they help new generations to understand themselves and to love the way they are. This includes working with UNICEF in the campaign to promote children's self-esteem since 2017. I not only like their music but also their relationship because it is

Something you enjoy doing outdoors

Well, I'm not an outdoor person because I prefer to stay at home and watch movies or series, but if I have to think of something I like to do outdoors it's going for walks, but not difficult walks like hiking because I have problems with my feet. So I like to walk in parks, all kinds of parks. I think I started doing this when I was little because my house is near a big park that crosses many blocks and also near my grandparents' house which was one. And also because my mother and her mother like to go for long walks, so I was always with them. The only thing that is difficult for me is when I walk too much because I have flat feet so sometimes my feet really hurt or the walk gives me cramps on the sole of the foot. During the year depends on the weather because something is very cold or very sunny, so I have to find the perfect time of the day to go outside for a walk. Now I like to do it with my dog because we both release energy and de-stress. I did it last week one day

A Chilean landmark

Today I want to tell you about the Cross of the Third Millennium, which is located in Coquimbo, in the north of the country. Specifically in the center of the peninsula where the port of Coquimbo is located. I visited the place in February 2017 during my vacation with my family, we traveled to the north of the country, as it was a place my parents wanted to visit and it was the first time we made a long trip with my father. We decided to get to know the city so we visited popular places and of course, we got to go.  With my family, we decided to climb to the top of the cross by the stairs, because then we could see the whole place and also because we ate a lot during that trip. My entire family is catholic, so we like to visit different churches during our vacation. This place may not be only a church nevertheless it is also a monument of the religion, this is because the shape of the monument represents the holy Trinity and I think the monument was made to celebrate the 2000th birthda

Cauquenes

The first time I traveled to Cauquenes was in the fall of 2014 alone with my mom, we visited my mom's maternal side of the family. I remember the day we traveled, because I left school early to go to the bus terminal. We traveled by bus because my dad had to stay with the car at my house. The trip was very stressful for me because at that time I had a trauma with buses and at one of the stops my mom decided to get off to buy some snacks and we almost lived without her, I was only 11 years old so it was very scary.  When we arrived at the town my grandfather was waiting for us. We had to drive 20 minutes away from the center of town because my mother's relatives live in the countryside. I slept the rest of the day because it was a long trip. We stayed five days, the first day my mother's uncle taught me how to ride a horse and I helped feed the chickens. During the night I could see the starry sky for the first time because there were no lights on. Every day I did the same t
